Ever hear the one about the guy new on the job who’s given 3 envelopes by his predecessor to open in times of crisis?

• The first envelope says to blame the problem on the one who had the job before;
• The second envelope –   claim that the job is still new and takes time to learn;
• The third? – time to prepare 3 envelopes.
