My Halloween Stash

Yes, there is candy, mostly chocolate, but my stash of books will keep me company while I am waiting for the trick or treaters, hoping not many stop by so I can eat all the candy myself and read in peace.

  • Tuesday Mooney Talks to Ghosts by Kate Racculia

A crazy treasure hunt through Boston, full of eccentric characters and ghosts from the past.

  • The Short Stories of Saki by H.H. Munroe

Looking forward to rereading my favorite “The Open Window,” and the “self-possessed” fifteen year old with the ghosts in the window,

  •  Imaginary Friend by Stephen Chbosky

Over 700 pages, this horror story should keep me up all night.

  • .The Last House Guest by Megan Miranda

A thriller set in Maine dealing with a suspicious death.
